Hotel booking requires filling out this form, together with advance cautionary deposit equivalent to one night stay at the chosen hotel, or supplying Credit Card data as a guarantee.
The hotel bill must be paid directly at the hotel, which will give the participant a payment invoice. The cautionary deposit paid in shall be subtracted from the final hotel bill on presentation of the confirmation letter.
